What is Doga?

Doga is an emerging trend that combines Yoga and dogs, because everything’s better with a dog, right?

Doga allows you to bend, stretch, PAWS and reflect in the company of your furry friend. Some of the soothing poses displayed in Doga can be as simple as bending and stretching over your pets. Doga will help your dog learn how to trust, strengthen your relationship and improve your dog’s general behaviour and responsiveness to training.

Where’s the PAW-ty at?

Well that’s up to you! Doga can be done any time, anywhere, in the comfort of your own home, backyard or local park. You don’t have to be a Yoga expert and your dog doesn’t need to be one either! Registration is FREE. A PAWfect op-PAW-tunity to stretch yourself and commit to 30 minutes of Doga daily throughout August to help raise much needed funds for the training of life-changing Guide and Assistance Dogs in your local community.
