Wendy’s Milk Bar have partnered with Guide Dogs Australia to celebrate National Hot Dog Day!
On 23 – 24 July, for every delicious hot dog sold at Wendy’s stores across Australia, $1 will be donated to Guide Dogs Australia. Customers will also be able to make donations to Guide Dogs at any Wendy’s store from now.
“With the support of Wendy’s wonderful staff and customers, we’ll be able to continue to provide essential services for children, teenagers and adults who are blind or vision impaired,” said Sacha Koltun, Guide Dogs Australia National Manager Commercial Partnerships.
Public Relations ambassa-dog Luna visited Wendy’s Booragoon to share her supPAWt. Staff at the Garden City franchise were thrilled to meet the furry visitor, and learn more about the vital work of Guide Dogs in the community.
“Just as treats from Wendy’s bring people together, so too does Guide Dogs Australia,” said Sacha.
Customers are encouraged to upload photos from your local Wendy’s with the hashtag #wendys4guidedogs on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. We’ll be keeping an eye on the photos—so make sure to hashtag #wendys4guidedogs and #guidedogswa to be featured!
