When you include Guide Dogs WA in your Will, you will automatically qualify to join the Arnold Cook Society. This special honorary society is named in recognition of Dr Arnold Cook, who became blind at the age of 18 due to the eye condition retinitis pigmentosa (link opens in new window).
The celebrated Western Australian, who was studying at the London School of Economics when he was paired with his first Guide Dog, established Australia’s first Guide Dog organisation in Perth in 1951.
