Welcome to our new Ambassador Dogs!

With Jock and Gidgee having officially retired as Ambassador Dogs for Guide Dogs WA – we were keeping our ears out for who else might be suitable.

We’re excited to announce that our new official Guide Dogs WA Ambassador Dogs are… *drumroll please*… three young ladies – Annie, Maddy and Eva!

Annie is a very pretty little Labrador, and was removed from the Guide Dog program because of her allergies. However she’s always been quite a star in front of a camera so we think this is the perfect career for her.

Maddy is a lovely social girl, and just loves people and other dogs. She’s very gentle and sweet, and it was decided that a career in public relations would suit her personality perfectly.

Eva is the black beauty of the team, and is a total sweetheart. Eva’s health has meant that a career as a Guide Dog was not for her, but she is a people-lover and enjoys demonstrating her skills for a crowd so we’re thrilled to have her on the team. Eva’s also been visiting the patients at the Cancer Centre at Sir Charles Gairdner hospital over the past few months to bring a ray of light into the hospital for those in need.
