Will Writing Offers

It is estimated that only 50% of Australians have a current Will, which means that many families will be left with the difficult task of trying to sort out their loved ones’ estate whilst also grieving for their loss.

It’s also very important to update your Will whenever there are any significant changes in your circumstances.

Keyboard, pen and notepad which reads Make a WillPeople often put off writing or updating their Will because they feel that it’s too complicated, time-consuming or expensive to do. However, nowadays there are several different ways to write your Will including:

• Meeting with a solicitor or legal adviser
• Using a DIY paper Will kit – normally available at Post Offices or in some newsagents
• Using an online Will-writing platform

If your Will is complex or you have any questions or concerns then it’s best to get professional advice from a solicitor or legal adviser.

If your Will is quite simple and you’re comfortable working online then you could consider using an online Will-writing platform. These are a quick and fairly cheap way of writing or updating your Will.
