Not quite king of the pride lands, Guide Dog Puppy Simba is the king of his home! Born in October 2016, Simba arrived at Guide Dogs WA just before Christmas.

Following a personal desire to give back to the community (and a love of dogs!) Jan became a committed Puppy Raiser in 2010.

Guide Dogs WA staff and volunteers are often asked about Puppy Raising, and the most common feedback from the general public is “I’d love to do it, but I don’t think I could give the dog up at the end!”
